5. Coupon Code: Please note that if you used a coupon code, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Lost Orders: If an order is lost during transit, we will ship a replacement at our expense. We determine if an order is lost in transit or delivered based on the provided tracking number.


2. Return Policy or Replacement: All products undergo a quality control check before being shipped. However, if you encounter any of the following issues upon opening the package, please inform us by taking a picture and directly emailing us with your order number:

  • Unclear printed image.
  • Off-center printed image.
  • Incorrect package received in comparison to the order.
  • Damaged product due to delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).
  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us.


If your received product has any of the issues mentioned above, please contact us via email or through our website. Provide pictures of the errors and your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will either refund or replace the item.


Note: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it. We are not responsible for any sizing issues if the item was made according to your request. However, if we shipped the wrong size in comparison to the order, we will follow the policy outlined above.


Refunds:
